The school extends its culinary art to a sensible new level and skill about culinary art. It provides quality of purposefulness, and the healthy directions our social lives should take. Never before has culinary art given such a general idea, a belief about understanding of high quality of healthy preparation of food, and delighted students with its programs, enthusiasm and keenness. But never before has there been a catering school in which these qualities are orchestrated and organized so practically and perfectly. The target goal towards which the School is directed is, always human as well as ideological, beliefs and values that shape the way our students understand culinary art, and to transfer their knowledge to the society as a whole. OUR PHILOSOPHY The aim of eating is not only for enjoyment, it is the valuable substance in food that a person, requires to live, grow, and remain fit and healthy. Others eat for pleasure, to experience and explore forms of culinary arts with great pleasure. Hence, nourishment is for the soul and body. For these reasons, our students learn about freshness of food, its lifeline and force. They learn how to prepare food to nourish and delight the senses of people’s.
